摘要
目的了解门诊和住院患者对优质护理的认知情况。方法采用系统抽样法,在某三级甲等综合性医院收集260例门诊患者,并以254例住院患者为对照,深入探讨门诊患者对优质护理的认知情况。结果在6个主题重要性的排序上,门诊和住院患者排名前3位的是:业务精湛责任感强、服务态度好、良好的职业素质。服务态度好、良好的护患关系、业务精湛责任感强和良好的职业素质这四项门诊患者的得分高于住院患者,有显著性差异(P<0.01);在优质护理6个主题35个子项目中有18个条目的得分在门诊和住院患者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论门诊和住院患者对优质护理服务认知的总体观点相似,但门诊患者对优质护理的要求更高更全面,尤其注重护士的职业素质、业务技能和责任感。
Objective To know about the cognizance to the high--quality nursing between the outpatients and hospital patients. Methods Using the system sampling method to collect 260 outpatients with 254 inpatients as a reference in a three --level hospital and to make a deep discussion about the cognizance to the high--quality nursing from the outpatients. Re- sults From the order of the six subjects, it is found that the first three rankings which the outpatients and inpatients care a- bout are： excellent skill and strong responsibility, good service and nice professional quality. The score about good service, nice relationship between nurses and patients, excellent skill and nice professional quality from outpatients＇is higher than that from inpatients. The discrepancy is obvious in statistic（P〈0. 01）. It is also found that there is discrepancy got from the scores of 18 items in 35 sub--items in 6 subjects about the high--quality nursing by the outpatients and hospital patients, which is of importance in statistic（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The cognizance to the high--quality nursing from the outpatients is generally similar to that from the inpatients, but the outpatients pay more attention to high--quality nursing, especially to the professional quality, professional skill and responsibility of the nurses.
