摘要
本文研究了表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)、白藜芦醇(RSV)、二苯乙烯苷(TSG)和葛根素(Pue)4种天然产物提取物对Hela细胞的毒性作用,以及抑制大肠杆菌生长的影响,为上述成分的有效利用提供了实验依据。结果表明:4种提取物对Hela细胞有毒性作用,其顺序为RSV、Pue、TSG,而EGCG的毒性作用与其浓度有很大关系;对大肠杆菌生长抑制作用强弱为RSV、TSG、Pue、EGCG,并半定量测出最小抑菌浓度。
The of cytotoxicity to Hela cell and the bacteriostasis test of Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG), Resveratrol (RSV), Tetrahydroxystilbene-glucoside (TSG) and Puerarin (Pue) were studied, which benefit to improve the efficient utilization rate. The results showed that the cytotoxicity is RSV 〉 Pue 〉 TSG, however EGCG was influenced strongly by its concentration. The bacteriostatic ability was RSV 〉 TSG 〉 Pue 〉 EGCG and the minimum bacteriostatic concentration were semi-quantitative determined.
