摘要
不同热工分区下的住宅热环境状况及设计不相同。针对寒冷地区,节能型住宅从建筑选址、规划到建筑设计、设备选择等环节都要注意节能技术的利用,不仅要满足冬季保温要求,还要兼顾夏季隔热。
Residential thermal environment and design are not the same in different thermal division. For cold areas, energy-saving residential buildings from the construction site selection, planning, architectural design and equipment selection, we should pay attention to the use of energy-saving technology, not only should satisfy requirements winter heat preservation, even give attention to summer heat insulation.
