摘要
重型[1]机床由于基础较长,当基础上下表面有温差时,弯曲变形较大,严重地影响机床加工精度。有关地基梁温度变形计算的资料较少,计算难度大。文章拟结合实例,对有关地基梁温度计算的假设条件、计算理论和计算方法,进行一些探讨研究。
As the foundation of heavy-duty machine tool is long, when there is temperature difference between the up and below surface, bending deformation is obvious, sothat seriously influence the machining accuracy of machine tool. The information about the calculation of foundation beam temperature deformation is less, andthe difficulty calculation is big. This article, combined with the examples, discussed the assumptions, computing theory and method of the foundation beam temperature calculation.
