摘要
目的观察基因重组人生长激素(rhGH)水剂与粉剂治疗生长激素缺乏性矮小的效果。方法将36例生长激素缺乏性矮小儿童随机分为A、B两组,分别采用rhGH水剂与粉剂治疗6个月,比较其治疗前后的年生长速率和青春期发育情况,及不良反应的发生率。结果经rhGH治疗,A、B两组生长激素缺乏性矮小儿童的年生长速率均明显的提高,身高年龄的增长明显快于生活年龄和骨龄的增长,A、B两组组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),没有明显青春期加速的现象。A、B两组胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)及其结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)含量,与治疗前相比差异有显著性(P<0.01);但两组组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论两种剂型rhGH均可显著改善生长激素缺乏性矮小儿童的身高,且青春期、骨龄均不提前。但粉剂治疗费用低于水剂,更易临床推广。
Objective: To understand the effect of gene recombination human growth hormone (rhGH) of liquid and powder on growth hormone deficiency dwarfish children. Methods: 36 growth hormone deficiency dwarfish children were assigned into group (18) A or group (18) B. Two group were treated by rhGH for 6 months, the growth velocity per year and puberty development before and after treatment were compared, Observation of adverse reaction rate. Results : After treatment, the growth velocity and predicting final height of growth hormone deficiency dwarfish children increased significantly, the height age increased faster than life age and bone age, no puberty acceleration occurred; There were no differences between the two groups, the serum insulin - like growth factor 1 ( IGF - 1 ), and serum insulin - like growth factor binding protein 3 ( IGFBP - 3) levels of GHD before and after treatment were compared with a significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ) ; but there were no differences between the two groups. Conclusion : Two form of rhGH can improve the height of dwarfish children significantly, and doesn' t accelerate puberty and bone age, but rhGH liquid was more Low price and more easier clinical promotion.
