摘要
介绍河流、湖泊水库水环境容量的计算公式,考虑不均匀系数的水环境容量计算公式,以及混合区的概念及其允许范围,提出不均匀系数求解思路。然后介绍水量数学模型、水质数字模型及其定解条件。着重探讨不均匀系数的取值范围。对于珠江流域一般性河流(非感潮河流),选取河宽为最重要因素来表征河流大小,求其不均匀系数。对于珠江流域的湖泊水库,其中的拍广型湖泊水库由于面积小,封闭性强,湖水容易均匀混合;大型湖泊水库,经过概化计算得出结果;考虑其它因素,得出珠江流域中小型湖泊水库的不均匀系数为0.3~1.0,大型湖泊尔库的不均匀系数为0.1~0.3。
This paper presents the conventional formulas in computing the aquatic environmental capacity of rivers and lakes in whichnonuniformity of aquatic environmental resources has not been taken into account. Hence, the authors put forward the formula ofcomputing the aquatic environmental capacity with considering the non-uniformity factor and the concept of mixed field and its per-mittable limit and present the thinking of solving for the non-uniformity factor.The authors then present the water quantity mathe-matic model and water quality mathematic model and their soution conditions. Stress is laid on the approach to the evaluation limit ofnon-uniformity factor. In Pear River Valley, for non-tidal rivers the non-uniformity factor value is affected mainly by river width;while for srnall and medium sized lakes and reservirs the value is 0. 3~1. 0, for large ones is 0. 1 ~0. 3.
