ZnO及其含锌混合氧化物薄膜的充放电性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 从充放电性能、晶体结构等方面考察了包括粉末状的ZnO、脉冲激光沉积方法制备的ZnO 薄膜和含锌混合氧化物薄膜的电化学性质.结果表明,ZnO粉末制备的电极的嵌入容量随退火温度 的升高而增大,掺入其他氧化物可以明显改善ZnO 薄膜的电化学性能,在Ar气氛中,基片温度为 400℃时,沉积的靶子成分为Zn:B:P:Al=1:1:05:05(摩尔比)的含锌混合氧化物薄膜具有较 高的可逆容量,且循环性能良好. The structure and discharge / charge characteristics of ZnO electrode and Zinc-based composite oxide films prepared by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) are investigated by XRD and discharge/ charge measurements. The results suggest that the insertion capability of ZnO electrodes increases with the annealing temperature, and Aught be related to the presence of oxygen deficient and the formation of Zn_(1+δ)O. The addition of other oxides such as B_2O_3, NH_4H_2PO_4 and Al_2O_3 into ZnO are found to improve significantly the electrochemical properties of film electrodes, and the insertion capability of the zinc-based composite oxide film electrode depends strongly on the deposition condition. For a typical deposition condition with ambient argon of 25Pa and the substrate temperature of 400℃, and a target with a nominal composition of Zn:B:P: Al = 1:1: 0.5:0.5, the deposital zinc-based composite oxide film exhibits superior capability and well cyclibility.
