摘要
目的:总结探讨腔镜辅助下分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)功能性颈淋巴结清扫术护理配合经验。方法:对13例腔镜辅助下DTC功能性颈淋巴结清扫术在术前准备、术中配合、仪器设备管理等护理配合要点进行总结。结果:13例手术均获得成功,手术医护配合顺利,术后患者恢复良好。结论:熟练掌握在腔镜辅助下颈淋巴结清扫术的护理配合要点,是腔镜甲状腺癌手术取得成功的关键之一,同时能够节省手术时间,提高医生、患者满意度。
Objective：To explore the nursing experience for DTC functionality operation of cutting of all cervical glands with celioscope. Methods： The essential points, taken care the 13 patients with DTC functionality operation of cutting of all cervical glands by celioscope, were summarized in preparing operation, cooperating during, and manag- ing the instrument. Results： Total number of 13 patients were successful in operation and recovered very well. Con- clusion ： Using essential points expertly, in taking care the patients with DTC functionality operation of cutting of all cervical glands with celioscope, is the key point to make the operation successful.
