摘要
目的 :探讨倾斜磨牙作桥基牙的固定义齿修复方法。方法 :本文采用螺钉连接式固定桥为 32例基牙严重倾斜的患者进行修复 ,并追踪观察修复效果。结果 :门诊随访 2 9例 (占总人数的 90 .6 % ) ,时间 1～ 2 .5年 ,除 2例出现修复体松动外 ,其余均完好无损 ,成功率 93 .1%。结论 :螺钉连接式固定桥是倾斜磨牙作为桥基牙 ,进行固定义齿修复的好方法。
Objective:To evaluate the method of prosthesis about the fixed partial denture which the tilted molar used as a abutment. Methods:A screw-connected fixed partial denture was used in 32 outpatients whose abutments were tilted ,and the effect of prosthesis was observed. Results:After 1～2.5 years , 29 outpatients ( 90.6%) were visited . All of prosthesis were successful except for 2 cases. The rate of success was 93.1%. Conclusion : It is a good method that a screw-connected fixed partial denture can be used when the tilted molar played a part of a abutment。
