从剖宫者产羊水和宫颈标本中检出沙眼衣原体的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :本文通过检查配对母胎标本中的沙眼衣原体 (Ct) ,拟探讨Ct垂直传播的机制。方法 :应用细胞培养 ,聚合酶链反应 (PCR)检查配对母胎标本 (宫颈、羊水、新生儿睑结膜 )中的沙眼衣原体 (Ct)。结果 :10 2例剖宫产配对母胎标本中 ,宫颈、羊水、新生儿睑结膜均为阳性有 2 4例。宫颈阴性、羊水、新生儿睑结膜阳性共 6例。宫颈阳性、羊水、新生儿睑结膜阴性共4例。宫颈、羊水、新生儿睑结膜均为阴性有 6 8例。孕妇的Ct感染率 2 7.5 % (2 8/ 10 2 ) ,胎儿的Ct感染率为 2 9.4% (30 / 10 2 )。结论 :Ct宫颈感染与羊水细胞感染有非常显著的相关性 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。孕妇的Ct感染可导致胎儿感染 。 Objective: To study the modes and routes of the vertical Chlamydia trachomatis(Ct) transmission. Methods:Chlamydia trachomatis in the matched maternal-fetal samples(cervices, amniotic fluid and neonatal conjunctivas) was detected by cell culture and polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Results:Of the 102 matched maternal-fetal samples at caesarean birth ,24 matched samples of cervices, amniotic fluid and neonatal conjunctivas were positive for Ct by cell culture and PCR; 6 were negative for cervices but positive for amniotic fluid and neonatal conjunctivas; 4 were positive for cervices but negative for amniotic fluid and neonatal conjunctivas; 68 were negative for cervices, amniotic fluid ,and neonatal conjunctivas. The Ct transmission rates of pregnant women and newborns were 27.5%(28/102) and 29.5%(30/102), respectively. Conclusion:Cervical Chlamydia infection was highly related to the amniotic infection.The Ct infection in pregnant women may cause fetal infection and the pathways of intrauterine infection seem to be ascension from cervical access to the amniotic cavity.
