摘要
目的 探讨白内障术中后囊大破孔时后房型人工晶状体的植入。方法 对 3 3例 3 3眼后囊大破孔直径大于 6mm植入后房型人工晶状体。其中破孔约 1/ 3后囊面积 18眼 ,约 1/ 2后囊面积 9眼 ,大于 1/ 2后囊面积 6眼。进行随访 ,统计术后视力和并发症。结果 术后随访 3～ 6月 ,所有病例均获有用视力。其中末次随访最佳矫正视力≥ 0 .5者 17眼 ( 5 1 5 % ) ,0 3～ 0 .4者12眼 ( 3 6 4% ) ,0 1～ 0 .2者 4眼 ( 12 1% )。结论 白内障术中后囊大破孔经适当处理后 ,多数仍可植入后房型人工晶状体 ,不应轻易放弃。
Objective To study the clinical effect of PC-IOL implantation in cataract with posterior capsular big hole during operation.Methods PC IOL were implanted in 33 cases of cataract with posterior capsular big holes during cataract extraction.Among them the holes that were about 1/3 area of posterior capsule in 18 eyes,about 1/2 area of posterior capsule in 9 eyes,bigger than 1/2 area of posterior capsule in 6 eyes.Results Followed up for 3～6 months postoperatively.All patients regain effective visual acuity.The best correcting visual acuity is 0.5 or better in 17 eyes(51.5%),0.3～0.4 in 12 eyes(36.4%),0.1～0.2 in 4 eyes (12.1%).Conclusions When posterior capsule appears big hole during cataract extraction the PC IOL still can be implanted after management in most cases and do not give it up hastily.
