摘要
目的:探讨包含睾丸动脉的曲张精索内静脉集束结扎术(ALV)和保留睾丸动脉的精索内静脉结扎术(APV)对大鼠同侧附睾上皮细胞凋亡的影响。方法:检测对照组、实验性精索静脉曲张(EV)组、ALV组和APV组大鼠左侧附睾的重量、显微结构、附睾上皮细胞凋亡指数(AI)。结果:EV组和ALV组附睾上皮的显微结构明显异常。对照组大鼠左侧附睾重量显著高于EV组和ALV组(P<0.01),与APV组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);EV组附睾重量显著高于ALV组(P<0.01)。对照组大鼠附睾上皮细胞AI显著低于EV组和ALV组(P<0.01),与APV组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);EV组附睾上皮细胞AI显著低于ALV组(P<0.01)。结论:EV可导致大鼠同侧附睾上皮结构改变,细胞凋亡过度,APV可以修复这些损害,而ALV则进一步加重这些损害。
Objective: To investigate the effects of artery-ligating varicocelectomy(ALV) and artery-preserving varicocelectomy(APV) on apoptosis of epididymis cells in rats.Methods: The weights,microstructure,and cell apoptotic index(AI) of the left epididymis were measured and compared among control group,experimental varicocele(EV) group,ALV group,and APV group.Results: Microstructural abnormalities of the left epididymis were observed in EV group and ALV group.The epididymis weight lower in EV group and lowest in ALV group than in control group(P0.01).However,the epithelial apoptotic index was higher in EV group,and the highest in ALV group(P0.01) than in control group.Furthermore,no significant difference was found between the control and APV group for these parameters(P0.05).Conclusion: EV was demonstrated to induce apoptosis and microstructure lesions in the ipsilateral epididymis.APV was able to repair the lesions,while ALV led to additional lesions.
