摘要
农民工市民化,既与城市提供的非农就业岗位能力有关,也与城市提供的公共服务和社会保障的财力有关。推进农民工市民化,既是一个十分紧迫的问题,又是一个比较长的历史过程。文章以泉州市为例,探讨在同城待遇视野下农民工市民化的必要性,存在的障碍以及实现农民工市民化的政策启示。
Farmer-workers＇ urbanization is related with the capability to offer non-agricultural emplo.yment of the city, and also with the public service and financial support of social security. Promoting farmer-workers＇ urbanization is an urgent issue and a long process. This paper has mainly discussed the necessity of urbanization for farmer-workers as well as the obstacles in farmer-worker＇ urbanization in the perspective of local income.
