介绍了福岛核事故对核安全的警示,分析了我国核电发展当前的主要问题、在建核电厂存在的问题,以及如何加强在建核电厂监督管理。指出了核电发展必须高度重视安全,核电建设要严格贯彻"安全第一,质量第一"的方针。
The article describes the warning of the Fukushima nuclear accident, and analyzes the major nuclear safety issues in nuclear power development in China, problems in nuclear power plants under construction, and how to strengthen supervision and management in nuclear power construction. It also points out that the development of nuclear power must attach great importance to the safety, and nuclear power plant construction should strictly implement the principle of ＂safety first and quality first＂
