摘要
少年儿童是祖国的未来，图书馆作为少年儿童的第二课堂，倡导他们读好书、好读书、读书好，为他们提供优质的阅读服务是自身的职责所在，但由于城市范围的逐渐扩大，居民住宅小区开始远离城市中心区，为到馆阅读的少年儿童带来了一定不便。同时，农村少儿的课余阅读受条件的限制，基本成为空白。为改变这一状况，图书馆应考虑通过不同的方式在城乡间建立大小规‘模不等的少儿阅读基地，以保证少儿读者的借阅便利，让所有的孩子共享丰富多彩的精神食粮。参考文献1。
Children are the future of our country. As one of the important places for children＇s extracurricular activities, library plays an important role in advocating reading good books, forming reading habits and providing excellent reading service. However, with the gradual expansion of. city limits, residential areas are far away from city center district, which has caused inconvenience for children＇s library reading. At the same time, extracurricular reading activities of rural children basically become a blank. Therefore, various measures should be taken into consideration to establish children＇s reading bases of different sizes in urban and rural areas so as to ensure children＇s reading convenience, and let all children share a variety of spiritual nourishment. 1 Ref.
