输卵管妊娠合并胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤1例

摘要
患者，42岁，G1P1。因不规则阴道流血18天，下腹痛3小时于2011年8月20日入院。患者既往月经规则，5／28天，量中等，无痛经。停经40天，不规则阴道流血18天，3小时前突然出现下腹痛，初始脐周明显，后下腹部持续性疼痛，伴头昏乏力，畏寒。行阴道后穹隆穿刺：阴性。查血13-HCG157144U／L，妇科B超检查：左侧附件区混合性团块，腹腔中等量积液。
