血小板参数在2型糖尿病微血管病变中的变化及意义

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病及并发微血管病变患者血小板参数的变化。方法:选择2型糖尿病患者74例,将其分为无微血管病变组和并发病微血管病变组,并与同龄健康体检者35例对照。对纳入人群进行血小板计数及相关参数进行分析,寻找参数的组间差异。结果:2型糖尿病组的血小板四参数中血小板计数较正常组低(P<0.01);平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板体积分布宽(PDW)、大型血小板比率(P-LCR)较正常对照组高(P<0.01)。上述各参数在有微血管病变组与未并发微血管病变组比较亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血小板参数的改变有利于早期发现糖尿病微血管病变,为早期介入治疗提高预警。 Objective:To investigate the significance of platelet parameters changes in type 2 diabetic and microvascular disease. Methods: Experimental group:We examined 74 patients with type 2 diabetes and divided them into non-microangiopathy and concurrent microangiopathy. The control group: 35 cases of healthy peers. Platelet count(PLT), mean platelet volume (MPV) , platetet distribution width (PDW) and platelet large cell ratio (P-LCR) were determined by automatic blood cytoanalyzes. Find differences between groups for all parameters. Results: PLT in patients with diabetes were significantly reducer than those in controls(P〈 0. 001). MPV, PDW and P-LCR in patients with diabetes were significantly higher than those in controls(P〈0. 001). Those in with microangiopathy were more obvious than those in patients without microangiopathy(P〈0. 05). Conclusions:Changes in plate- let parameters conducive to early detection of diabetic microvascular disease, early intervention for clinicians to improve early warn- ing.
