摘要
目的:评价个体化运动方案对高血压病的干预效果,为高血压患者实施安全有效的运动提供依据。方法:对72例高血压患者在保持治疗不变的情况下,以基线调查患者的主观需要和运动测试的客观结果为依据确定运动方案,将运动干预前后血压及身体测量指标等变化进行自身对照。结果:高血压患者经规律运动治疗12周后血压、体重指数、腰臀比例下降,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),未出现运动并发症。结论:对高血压病患者制定个体化的运动方案可以降压和改善相关危险因素。
Objective: method, making an exercise plan for 72 cases of hypertensive being kept constant cure on the basis of base- line survey from patients' subjective need and objective result of exercise tests, comparing the changes both in blood pressure and in body index before exercise interventions with the changes both in blood pressure and body index after exercise interventions. Result: a fallen blood pressure,weight index and Waist-hip ratio can be achieved tb.roughl2 weeks of regular exercise cure by hypertensive patients. Difference, with a striking significance is obvious(P〈0. 05 without sports complications. Conclusion:individualized exercise might benefit not only hypotensive effect but also the improvement of reducing the related risk with hypertensive patients.
