地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病的疗效观察被引量：5

摘要目的对照比较地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈片和中性低精蛋白锌人胰岛素联合瑞格列奈片治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将60例口服降糖药治疗3个月以上血糖控制仍不理想的老年2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组30例,行中性低精蛋白锌人胰岛素联合瑞格列奈片治疗;观察组30例,行地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈片治疗。观察12周前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数的变化。结果对照组与观察组治疗后的FPG、2hPG、HbAlc、HOMA-IR变化差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病的方法安全、易行,高效,适于口服降糖药控制不佳的老年2型糖尿病患者。
