摘要
肾功能衰竭患者需通过长期的透析治疗来维持机体功能。因此,对于肾功能衰竭患者,应建立相应的治疗、护理支持系统,以改善患者的心理状态、生活能力,从而提高其存活率及生活质量。而对于老年肾功能衰竭患者,更应该为其提供完善的医疗支持系统。我院采用血液透析(hemodialysis,HD)治疗老年肾功能衰竭患者,取得了较好的疗效,现就护理方面的体会报告如下。

For elderly patients with renal failure, should improve medical support system. My courtyard uses hemodialysis （ hemodialysis. HD ） in treatment of elderly patients with renal failure, has obtained the good curative effect, the care experience to report as follows.
