摘要
指出建筑工程造价的有效管理,对企业的健康发展起着重要的作用,是我国建筑行业需要提升的关键环节,从我国建筑工程造价管理中存在问题入手,提出了有效管理工程造价的策略,以期促进建筑行业的健康、可持续发展。
The paper points out the significant role of effective construction engineering cost management for healthy development of enterprises, which is critical link for improving domestic construction industry. Starting from the problems existing in domestic construction engineering cost management, it puts forward effect engineering cost management strategies, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry.
