以抽搐为首发症状的儿童系统性红斑狼疮1例分析

1病历摘要
女。12岁9个月。以反复抽搐2h为代诉入院于2012—01-08平车人院。患儿于入院前2h突发双眼凝视、牙关紧闭、口吐白沫、四肢痉挛，持续约10rain左右，神智转清；由“120”急送我院，途中再次出现抽搐，症状同前。查体：T37．3℃，
