亚麻醉剂量丙泊酚伍右美托咪定用于内镜介入治疗胆道疾病50例

摘要 目的观察亚麻醉剂量丙泊酚伍右美托咪定用于内镜介入治疗胆道疾病的效果及安全性。方法选择50例择期行内镜介入治疗的胆道疾病患者,口服局部麻醉药5~10 min后,先静脉输注右美托咪啶20μg,于10 min内微泵输注完并静脉维持40μg/h,再静脉输注亚麻醉剂量丙泊酚0.5 mg/kg,于入睡后行内镜介入治疗。结果平均动脉压(MAP)、心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度与治疗前比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。患者术中无记忆,无知晓,术后无躁动与不安。结论应用亚剂量丙泊酚与右美托咪定麻醉效果好,可安全实施内镜介入治疗胆道疾病。
