摘要
当前职务犯罪情报信息工作中还存在观念滞后、机构缺失、手段落后、专业化程度不高等诸多问题,影响和制约了职务犯罪侦查工作的深入开展。因此,有必要构建以专门机构、专职人员、专有平台、专业机制为基础模块的职务犯罪情报信息机制,以期推进职务犯罪侦查水平进一步提高,实现职务犯罪侦查能力的跨越式提升。
There are still plenty of shortcomings in establishing the functionary criminal inforrhation System. It has exercised its restraints upon the development of investigation. Therefore, in order to struggle against serious crimes of duties, we should perfect the criminal system and platform in the professional field, including administrative structure and full-time cadre.
