摘要 【目的】番茄细菌性溃疡病是番茄上最严重,最具毁灭性的病害之一,种植抗病品种是防治该病害最简便、最经济的措施之一。搞清目前新疆加工番茄一些栽培品种对番茄细菌性溃疡病的抗性情况,为其防治提供理论依据。【方法】对收集的30个加工番茄品种进行温室育苗,于4~5片真叶期进行针刺接种。采用分级调查法调查病情,观察其发生发展情况。根据病情指数划分反应型,确定供试品种的抗感类型。【结果】在供试的30个加工番茄品种中没有免疫、抗病或耐病品种,只有H2401、石番18、石番97-10、石红306和石红401表现为中度感病,剩余全为高感品种。【结论】供试的30个加工番茄品种中没有免疫、抗病或耐病品种,均为感病或高感品种。 [ Objective ] Tomato bacterial canker is one of the most severe and crushing disease to tomatoes, so growing improved resistant varieties has been the most effective way to control the disease. The purpose of this study was to evaluate tomato seedlings resistance to Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis, and this would contribute to controlling the disease. [ Method] Seeds of 30 processing tomato materials were sown in plastic pots in the greenhouse. The stems of 4 -5 true leaves old plants were punctured three times with a needle that had been dipped in a suspension of bacteria containing l01~ ceils/mL, and then investigated once a week for four weeks. The resistance of tomato materials was evaluated based on the disease index. [ Result ] The results indicated that there was no immune or resistant processing tomato material, H2401, Shifan 18, Shifan 97 - 10 Shihong 306 and Shihong 401 were susceptible varieties, and the rest were high susceptible ones. [ Conclusion ] No immune or resistant processing tomato varieties in major cultivars were found at present in Xinjiang.
