摘要
目的探讨原发性CD30+间变大细胞淋巴瘤的组织学特点及免疫组化特征。方法运用组织形态学、免疫组化方法研究1例发生面部的间变性大细胞淋巴瘤并结合文献进行复习。结果间变大细胞淋巴瘤其形态学表现为多样性,免疫组化显示,CD30阳性、CD3阳性、CD45RO阳性、CD43阳性、vimentin阳性。结论原发性CD30+间变大细胞淋巴瘤临床罕见,其形态学和免疫组化表型有一定的特殊性,有必要与其他类型的淋巴瘤鉴别。
Objective：To explore the histologic and immunohistochemical features of Primary CD30 positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma（ALCL）.Methods In the research of Primary CD30 positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma,paraffin sections were stained with histochemical and immunolistochemical techniques and the related literature was reviewed.Results ALCL showed distinctive morphological features and immunophenotype,including CD30＋,CD3＋,CD45RO＋,CD43＋,and vimentin＋.Conclusions ALCL was rare;it showed distinctive morphological features and immunophenotype,and it＇s necessary to differentiate from other type of lymphoma.
