摘要
目的:总结腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床经验。方法:选择65例浆膜下或肌壁间肌瘤行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术。结果:65例手术均顺利完成,无中转开腹,平均出血量100ml,手术平均时间80分钟,无并发症及副损伤发生。结论:浆膜下肌瘤或靠近子宫浆膜的肌壁间肌瘤行腹腔镜下肌瘤剔除术安全、出血少、康复快、并发症少。
Objective ：To summarize the experience of laparoscopic myomectomy. Meth- ods ： sixty - five cases of open or instramural myoma were operated by laparoscopic myomectomy. Results： All operations were successful. No case convened to open operation. Mean bleeding in operation was 100ml. Mean operation time was 80rain. All the patients recovered without any complications. Conclusions： Laparoscopic myomectomy in open or instramural myoma has the advantages of safety, less bleeding, quick recovery, less complication and so on.
