摘要
自国土资源部部署开展宗地统一编码试点工作以来,天津市作为试点城市之一,相关部门积极实施,并以开展宗地编码工作为契机,在全面完成第二次土地调查的基础上,进一步规范天津市地籍管理工作,提高地籍信息化建设水平。本文结合工作实践,对天津市南开区采用的各类宗地编码方法进行了分析、对比,并通过试验得出有建设性的结论,为全国宗地统一编码规则的制定和出台积累经验。
Since the Ministry of Land and Resources of PRC arranged testing-work of unified code of land parcels.Tianjin,as one of the testing-places,had done it activitily.This work would standard the cadastral management and improve the level of cadastral information system in Tianjin.Based on practices,this paper had analyzed and compared all kinds of methods for land parcels code,and gotten some conclusions.These conclusions would be useful for making and publishing the rule of the whole nation unified code for land parcels.
