摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在肿瘤科经外周静脉置人中心静脉导管（ pcripheraily ineerted centralcatheter, PICC ）中的应用及效果评价，分析并发症的原因及预防措施。方法2009年4月至2011年4月期间的100例使用PICC的住院患者，按置管时间排序随机分为两组，奇数为实验组50例，应用临床护理路径．偶数为对照组50例，应用常规护理，进行临床护理路径的对比研究，观察其置管过程中的异常情况和护理措施。结果与对照组相比，实验组一次性穿刺成功47例，穿刺次数减少（P〈0．05）；导管堵塞1例、感染1例，并发症少（P〈0．05）；置管时间延长，且工作效率、护理质量及家属满意评价均高于对照组（P〈0．05o结论经过100例病人的观察，将临床护理路径应用PICC中具有科学性、实用性、有效性，值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application of clinical nursing pathway for patients with peripherally inserted central catheter （ PICC ） at the Oncology Department, and to analyze the causes of comphcations and the preventive measures. Methods 100 hospitalized patients who had received PICC during the period of April 2009 to April2011 were randomly assgined to study group or control group according to the time to placement of the PICC line. The study group （ 50 patients ） received nursing care under clinical nursing pathway, and the control group （ 50 patients ） received conventional nursing. The clinical nursing pathway was compared between the two groups. The abnormal state of line placement and the nursing measures were observed. Results As compared with the control group, the procedure was successful in 47 patients, with a reduction in the number of puncture in the study group （ P〈 0.05 ] catheter obstruction occurred in one patient and infection in one, wih fewer complications （ P〈 0.05 ）; The study group was superior to the control group in catheter maintenance, work efficiency, quality of nursing, and satisfication level of family members （ P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Application of clinical nursing pathway in PICC is scientific, practical, and effective. It is worth popularizing clinically
