淋球菌对氟喹诺酮类药物的耐药性研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了解淋球菌对氟喹诺酮类药物的耐药性 ,用琼脂稀释法和纸片扩散法分别对 1998~ 1999年间广东省湛江地区分离出的 98株淋球菌流行株进行了药物敏感性测定。测定了流行株对诺氟沙星、依诺沙星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星和洛美沙星 5种氟喹诺酮类药物的最小抑菌浓度 (MIC)和抑菌圈直径 (mm) ,根据NCCL S标准判定敏感与耐药。结果表明 ,纸片扩散法测定淋球菌对这 5种抗生素的耐药百分率分别为91.84%、97.96 %、84.70 %、75 .71%和 87.76 %,而琼脂稀释法相应的耐药百分率为 83.5 0 %、91.2 0 %、5 9.30 %、5 3.80 %和 75 .80 %。结果提示 ,湛江地区淋球菌流行株对氟喹诺酮类药物耐药现象十分普遍 ,临床医生进行淋病治疗时要引起高度重视。 In order to measure the resistance of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to fluoroquinolone, 98 gonococcal epidemic strains obtained from 1998 through 1999 in Zhanjiang (Guangdong) were tested for their antibiotic susceptibilities by using disk diffusion and agar dilution methods. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) and inhibition zone diameters(mm) were detected to norfloxacin, enoxacin, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin and lomefloxacin. Then defined the susceptible and resistant strains based on the criteria of NCCLS. The results indicated that the resistant percentages of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to this five antibiotics were 91.84%, 97.96% , 84.70%, 75.51% and 87.76% respectively by using disk diffusion method. At the same time, the resistant percentages by using agar dilution method were 83.50%, 91.20%, 59.30%, 53.80% and 75.80%, respectively. Results showed that the resistant strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to fluoroquinolone in Zhanjiang were serious, the clinical physicians must pay more attention to the resistance in treatment for gonorrhea in this area.
