摘要
作者在论述卫生执法不作为风险的主要表现形式的基础上,分析了卫生执法不作为风险产生的原因,并有针对性地提出了风险防范对策,以有助于卫生监督机构及卫生执法人员提高风险意识,有效防范卫生执法不作为风险。
This paper analyzed the causes of the risk of administrative omission in health inspection and proposed for risk prevention specifically on the basis of explaining the main manifestations of the risk of administrative omission in health inspection. This study aimed at helping the health inspection agencies and the staff to improve the risk awareness ,and preventing the risk of administrative omission in health inspection effectively.
