摘要
目的:研究甘芍注射液的质量标准。方法:采用TLC对甘草、白芍组分进行色谱鉴别,采用HPLC测定甘草酸铵和芍药甙的含量。结果:甘草酸铵和芍药甙分别在0.808μg~4.040μg和0.428μg~1.712μg范围内有良好的线性关系,回收率分别为98.8%和99.08%,RSD分别为1.30%和1.47%。
Objective: To study the quality standards for Ganshao Injection. Methods: TLC was used to simultaneously identify Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae and Radix Paeoniae Alba. HPLC was used to determine ammonium glycyrrhizinate and paeoniflorin. Results: Ammonium glycyrrhizinat e and paeoniflorin showed good linear relationships in the ranges of 0.808μg~4.040μg and 0.428μg~1.712μg, respectively. The average recoveries of ammonium glycyrrhizinate and paeoniflorin were 98.8% and 99.08%, respectively. RSD were 1.30% and 1.47%, respectively. Conclusion: This standard is capable to effectively control the quality of Ganshao Injection.
