摘要
目的:探讨多排螺旋CT及其后处理技术在足踝部损伤中的应用价值。方法:对46例足踝部损伤的患者进行多层螺旋CT扫描,利用多平面重建、最大密度投影、和容积重建等后处理技术,分别观察骨结构、肌腱及周围软组织,并结合X线平片进行对比分析。结果:46例足踝部损伤的患者中,共发现内、外踝骨折23例,跟骨骨折9例,距骨骨折2例,足舟骨骨折4例,楔骨骨折2例,骰骨骨折1例,跖骨骨折3例,趾骨骨折2例。结论:利用多排螺旋CT及其后处理技术能清晰、直观显示足踝部解剖结构、骨折线方向、移位程度、骨碎块位置及大小、关节和周围软组织受累程度,对明确诊断以及临床治疗方案的选择和预后有重要的应用价值。
Objective: To study the application value of muhi-slice spiral CT and reconstruction in the diagnosis of foot and ankle fractures. Methods: 46 patients with fractures of foot and ankle were examined by multi-slice Spiral CT, and CT images were reconstructed with MPR, MIP, and VR, which showed hone structure, muscle, and tissue. Results: 46 patients with 23 cases double ankle fractures, calcaneus fracture were 9 cases, talus fracture were 2 cases, navicualr bone fracture were 4 cases, medial cuneiform bone fracture was 2 cases, cuboid bone fracture was 1 case, metatarsa bone fracture were 3 cases, and phalanx bone fracture were 2 cases. Conclusion: Multi-slice spiral CT and reconstruction technology can accurately visualize the involved extent of fractures of the foot and ankle joint and the size or displacement degree of bone fragments, and it plays an important role in guiding therapeutic project and evaluating prognosis of the fracture.
