摘要
目的探讨p16基因产物在肺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测82例肺癌组织中p16基因表达并结合肺癌的临床病理学特征及预后情况进行分析，40例癌旁正常肺组织作对照。结果肺癌组织中P16基因产物阳性表达率为57．3％，癌旁正常肺组织为92.5％。肺癌组织中存在明显的P16基因表达缺失。肺癌组织中p16基因表达水平与肺癌的细胞分化程度、临床分期及预后有密切关系（P＜0．05）。结论p16基因表达缺失在肺癌发生、发展、分化和转归过程中起重要作用，检测肺癌组织中p16基因表达水平可作为判断肺癌进展和预后的一个重要参考指标。
Objective To explore the expression of p16 gene product and its clinical significance in lung cancer.Metheds 82 lung cancer specimens were examined with SP irnrnunohistochemical staining. They were dividedinto groups, contrasted and analysed according to their clinicopathologic characteristics and prOgnosis,40 normallung tissues as control. Results The positive expression rate of p16 gene was 57. 3 % in lung cancer, 92. 5 %in normal lung tissues, and there was obvious down-regulation expression of p 16 gene in lung cancer. The ex-pression level of p 16 gene was closely related to cell differentiation, progression, and prognosis of lung cancer(P<0.05). Conclusion The deletion of p 16 gene protein plays an important role in the tumorgenesis, develop-ment, differentiation, and prOgnosis in lung cancer, The expression level of p 16 gene may be regarded as a refer-ential index in judging the progression and prognosis of lung cancer.
