分化抑制因子Id3在散发性大肠腺癌中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:2

Expression of Id3 in Sporadic Colorectal Adenocarcinoma Tissues and Its Relationship with Lymph Node Metastasis

摘要 目的观察分化抑制因子Id3在正常大肠黏膜、大肠腺瘤、散发性大肠腺癌组织中的表达,探讨其与各临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学二步法(EnVision System)检测经病理证实的18例患者的正常大肠黏膜组织,30例患者的大肠腺瘤组织,35例患者的散发性大肠腺癌组织中Id3的表达情况。结果 Id3的阳性表达率在正常大肠黏膜、大肠腺瘤及散发性大肠腺癌组织中分别是11.1%,70.0%和88.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大肠腺癌中Id3的表达与淋巴结转移有关,与患者的性别,年龄,肿瘤浸润程度、大小、分化程度无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 Id3在大肠腺瘤、散发性大肠腺癌中均有表达,其可能参与大肠腺瘤的发生、发展及癌变,可促进散发性大肠腺癌淋巴结转移,同时Id3高表达可作为判断散发性大肠腺癌转移的一个潜在的重要指标,对其治疗及预后有重要的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the expression of Id3 in normal large intestine epithelial, colon adenoma and sporadic colorectal adenocarcinomas and to discuss its relationship with elinicopathologieal features. Methods Id3 expression in 18 cases of normal large intestine epithelial, 30 cases of colon adenoma and 35 cases of sporadic eolorectal adenocareinomas that confirmed by pathology were detected by immunohistochemical EnVision System. Results The frequency of positive expression of Id3 in normal large intestine epithelial, colon adenoma and sporadic colorectal adenocarcinomas was 11.1%, 70. 0% and 88.5% respectively ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Furthermore, the expression of Id3 was sig- nificantly correlated with lymph node metastasis, but not significantly correlated with gender, age, tumor size, invasive depth and differentiation level (P 〉 0. 05) . Conclusion There is expression of Id3 in colon adenoma and sporadic colonrectal adeno- carcinoma, and it may take part in the occurrence, development and cancerization of colon adenoma and may also promote lymph node metastasis in sporadic colonrectal adenocarcinoma. High expression of Id3 may be used as a potential marker of metastasis in sporadic colonrectal adenocarcinoma, making it of great importance in the treatment and prognosis .
