摘要
目的探讨跟骨关节内骨折手术的临床疗效。方法将60例跟骨关节内骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组给予切开复位内固定的方法治疗,对照组给予手法复位非手术治疗,术后随访1年。观察两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者的骨折均愈合,功能恢复良好,优良率为70.00%,而对照组的优良率为36.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论切开复位是治疗跟骨关节内骨折的有效方法。
Objective In discussion calcaneum joint bone fracture surgery clinical curative effect.Methods The bone fracture patient divides into the observation group and control group each 30 examples stochastically 60 example calcaneum joint in,the observation group gives uses in the incision replacement the fixed method treatment,the control group gives the technique to reposition the non-surgery to treat,after the technique makes a follow-up visit completely for 1 year.Observes two group of patient′s clinical effects.Results The observation group patient′s bone fracture heals,the function restores good,fine rate is 70.00%,but the control group fine rate only is 36.67%,two groups of comparisons,the difference has statistics significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The incision replacement is treats in the calcaneum joint the bone fracture effective method.
