摘要
采用高速剪切技术(High-speed Shear Dispersing Emulsifier,HSDE)提取油菜蜂花粉总黄酮,通过单因素和正交实验,考察提取次数、乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度、料液比及高速剪切机转速对黄酮提取率的影响,优化得到最佳提取条件:以总黄酮提取率为指标,在温度55℃,转速19000r/min,料液比1:10的条件下,以90%乙醇为溶剂提取1次,时间为15min。
The total flavonoids were extracted from rape bee pollen by high-speed shearing technique. On the basis of single-factor test,the extraction process parameters were optimized by the orthogonal design. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows.temperature 55℃, revolving speed 19000r/min, ratio of raw material to liquid 1:10 and extracted 15min for 1 time.
