摘要
采用自制的负载型钯氧化铝催化剂,以反式脂肪酸含量为考察目标,通过单因素实验,研究了不同反应温度、反应压力、催化剂用量等条件对氢化油(氢化油碘值为75)中反式酸含量的影响。在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面实验优化了氢化工艺参数,并进行了重复验证实验,得出低反式酸氢化葵花油反应的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度为52℃,反应压力为1.9MPa,催化剂用量为170mg/kg,此时的反式酸含量为10.59%。
Palladium supported on alumina was used as catalyst. Trans fatty acids content of hydrogenated vegetable oil was investigated,the effect of reaction temperature,pressure,catalyst load on the trans-acid of hydrogenated sunflower oil was presented using the single factor experiment. And on the basis of single factor experiment, response surface methodology was used to optimize the hydrogenation process parameters. On the basis of a relatively low trans fatty acids content in the production,the optimum process conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 52℃ ,reaction pressure 1.gMPa,catalyst load 170mg/kg. Under these optimized conditions,the trans fatty acids content of product was 10.59%.
