摘要 建立了PEG-(NH4)2SO4双水相提取蜂胶中总黄酮的方法,并利用CCD-RSM优化提取条件。在单因素实验基础上,考察PEG浓度、硫酸铵用量、pH3个因素对蜂胶黄酮得率的影响。结果表明:最佳提取条件为:在PEG浓度为13.3%,pH为6.4,硫酸铵用量18.8%时,总黄酮提取率可以达到97.28%,该工艺具有价廉、简单快速、环境友好等优点。 The method of PEG-(NH4)2SO4 two-phase system was built preliminarily to extract the total of flavonoids in propolis. The CCD-RSM was used to optimize the conditions. On base of single factor optimization, the PEG concentration,ammonium sulfate dosage and pH were investigated to detect the effect of fiavonoids in propolis. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions:PEG concentration 13.3% ,and the pH6.4, ammonium sulphate content 18.8% ,flavonoids extraction rate 97.28%. This method has many advantages, including priceless, simple, rapid and friendly to environment,etc.
