摘要
从单一的、对语言知识的“考查”向对学生综合语言能力的“评价”的转型正是我国中学英语评价发展的趋势。这一趋势使得教师、学生和评价人员都需要更具操作性的、目标化的评价标准。中学英语学业评价课题组以新课程理念与能力目标为基础,为初中毕业(五级)这个关键阶段研制了初中英语能力表现评价标准。该项研究构建的以话题为线索的能力目标评价体系是比较符合我国初中英语教学与评价需要的。该标准经过实验研究,并依据实验反馈、专家审读以及2011年版《义务教育英语课程标准》进行了修订。
This paper starts from trends and needs in the development of the assessment of China's secondary English language education. It goes on to depict and analyze the trends in and insights from internationally-established foreign language learning and assessment standards. It further summarizes and reflects on the research of achievement assessment standards for junior English for China. It concludes that the topic-led and performance-based assessment system can meet the needs of China's English language teaching and assessment in junior high school. The assessment standards were experimented, and then revised according to the experiment results, experts' reviews and the 2011 National English Language Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education.
