摘要
对真空带式干燥技术用于中药浸膏干燥的试验方法、试验结果和生产实例进行整理和分析,推广真空带式干燥机这一新型的干燥设备在我国中药行业的应用。引用了中外23篇参考文献,介绍了当今国内外带式干燥技术的发展现状、针对中药浸膏几种传统的干燥方法存在的问题和带式干燥的比较优势,以不同的中药浸膏为研究对象,以产品含水率、干燥速率和药物含量为考察指标,通过对带式干燥机的履带速度、加热温度、中药浸膏的含水量和进料速度等技术参数的单因素分析、综合因素分析,研究建立真空带式干燥过程的数学模型,通过正交试验设计法和多指标综合分析法,研究辩识真空带式干燥过程的关键工艺参数和它们之间的关系,分别确定出了最佳的工艺条件。从而为建立中药浸膏带式干燥的技术标准和应用规范奠定基础。带式真空干燥技术解决了中药浸膏其他干燥方式解决不了的问题,而且节能省时,有效成分保留好,是目前最为先进的干燥方法。但至今还未形成普遍认可的技术标准,各技术参数之间的关系随干燥品种的不同而变化,要简化工艺优化过程,扩大应用范围,还需结合计算机分析软件的开发和自动监测技术、在线检测技术的逐步实现。
Studies on production examples of vacuum belt drying technology in Chinese traditional medicine extract to promote the application of the new equipment vacuum belt drier in traditional Chinese medicine industry. With consulting 23 references from journals database, comparing with conventional technologies and investigating the development status of belt-drying technology at home and abroad, we summarize the optimal craft condition, including crawler speed, heating temperature, water content of the extract and feed rate by mathematical modeling, quadrature analysis and comprehensive analysis in criterion of product moisture, drying rate and drug content, and thereby lay the foundation for technology standards in this field. Vacuum belt drying technology is the most advanced drying methods which has the advantage of saving energy and achieving a higher active ingredient content. However, a generally accepted technical standard has not yet been formed. Therefore, development of computer analysis software and building up of automatic monitoring technology and on-line measuring technology are needed to be combined with to simplify the process optimization and expand the scope of application.
