摘要
地方政府和高等院校有效整合双方优势力量,实现校地合作共育,对于农村实用人才培养意义重大。从诊断农村实用人才培养中存在的问题入手,地方政府应依托高校优势资源,以合作方式的多样化、合作内容的全面化、合作平台的高效化以及合作机制的创新化为抓手,逐步构建一种新型有效的农村实用人才校地合作培训模式。
It is of significance for the cultivation of rural practical talents that local governments and higher education in-stitutes effectively integrate their respective advantages and jointly conduct education work. Local governments should start from diagnosing the problems in the cultivation of rural practical talents, reply on superior resources, exploit diversified co- operative ways, comprehensive cooperative contents, efficient cooperative platform and innovative cooperative mechanism, to construct a new and effective cooperative cultivation model for rural practical talents by schools and local governments.
