摘要
重症急性胰腺炎（Severe acute pancreatitis．SAP）为临床常见急腹症，特点为起病急骤、病情变化快、并发症发病率高，病死率高达20％。数十年来随着对SAP发病原因、病理生理机制等研究的不断深入，SAP的治疗理念也在不断地更新，表现在对外科手术的作用和价值的认识方面更趋理性，更加强调适应证的把握和手术时机的选择，在目前微创理念的指导下，手术路径及方式也更加丰富。
