摘要
难治性癫痫预后较差,但通过准确、及时的诊断和合理或规范的治疗,有相当一部分患者能得到最大程度的缓解乃至治愈。因此,在临床诊疗过程中,借助相关辅助检查方法,对难治性癫痫及可能原因进行评估、对癫痫致痫灶进行准确定位、制定规范合理的治疗方案至关重要。
Objective：The prognosis of refractory epilepsy is poor,but a fair number of patients can be eased and even cured if accurate, timely diagnosis and proper treatment are carried out. Therefore,in clinical diagnosis,the assessment of potential causes for refractory epilep- sy ,the exact location of epileptogenicfoci ,and development of a rational and proper therapeutic plan with appropriate methods are crucial.
