摘要
目的:探讨异位甲状腺恶性肿瘤的CT表现及诊断价值,旨在提高诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析8例经手术及病理证实的异位甲状腺恶性肿瘤患者的临床及CT资料。结果:1例CT诊断倾向于血管平滑肌瘤,6例经手术证实在甲状腺外侧,1例被证实在纵膈腔内。结论:探讨异位甲状腺恶性肿瘤的CT增强特点及常见部位,为制定手术方案提供依据。
Objective：To investigate the CT manifestations of malignant tumors of ectopic thyroid to improve the diagnostic level of this disease. Methods： Retrospective analysis of Clinical with pathologically proved The malignant tumor of ectopic thyroid. Results： One case diagnosed by CT tended to show vascular smooth muscle six cases were confirmend by surgery in the lateral thyroid,and one case was confirmed in the mediastinal cavity. Conclusion：The use of CT enhanced features to explore common sites of ectopic thyroid malignant tumor,provides the basis for a better operational plan.
