摘要
通过总结国内外养殖场沼气发电技术装备现状,对热电肥联产-沼液还田利用、气电肥联产-沼液自然处理、气电肥联产-沼液工业化处理等三种沼气发电工程技术模式进行了调查研究。通过分析,提出了沼气发电行业产业化发展过程中,存在的技术、装备、设计、管理和推广等问题,并建议通过注重技术创新、加大政策支持和完善行业标准等措施,促进养殖场沼气发电行业产业化发展。
Based on the summarization of development status at home and abroad of technology and equipment of biogas power generation on farm, three technology modes of biogas power generation were researched, the first is Thermal electric fertilizer coproduction- biogas slurry returning utilization, the second is Gas electric fertilizer coproduction-biogas liquid natural treatment, the third is Gas electric fertilizer coproduction-biogas slurry processing industrialization. Accord- ing to analysis, the problems about technology, equipment, design, administration and promotion were put forward, in the process of the industrialization development of biogas power generation. And the suggestions to promoting industrialization development to biogas power generation on farm were put forward also, such as Pay attention to technological innovation, Increase policy support, and Perfect industry standard, and so on.
