摘要
当前高校图书馆管理过程中,人不能尽其才,才不能尽其用的现象较为普遍,不利于图书馆人才的培养。从科学设岗、择优选岗、适当轮岗,建立科学合理的考核制度和制定弹性工作制等方面入手,改革图书馆内部管理机制,既有利于图书馆人才的培养,也有利于促进图书馆的可持续发展。
Firstly this paper points out those problems existing in the library internal management,then from the views of establishing democratic supervision mechanism,scientifically rational examination system and making flexible time work system,it puts forward a serial of concrete methods of the reform of library internal management mechanism.
