WAVELET MULTI-SCALE DECOMPOSITION OF GRAVITY FIELD VARIATIONS DURING 2000—2007 IN CHINA MAINLAND

摘要 利用小波变换方法将2000—2007年中国大陆重力场动态变化多尺度分解,获得不同小波尺度意义下的重力场动态累积变化。结果表明:1)一阶小波细节基本与构造活动无关;2)二阶小波细节较好地反映了青藏高原的隆升和汶川Ms8.0地震的孕育;3)三阶小波细节较好地反映了青藏高原的隆升及其内部物质向东运移、昆仑地震、汶川地震等较大尺度构造活动信息;4)三阶小波逼近较好地反映了印度板块对青藏高原的碰撞、太平洋板块向欧亚板块下的俯冲、华北地块现今运动趋势等大尺度构造活动信息。 Dynamic gravity field variations during the period from 2000 to 2007 in China mainland are decom- posed after the method of multi-scale decomposition of wavelet transform. The dynamic gravity field variations of the different-scale wavelet and the following results are drawn : 1 ) The first-order wavelet details are independent of tec- tonic activities basically. 2 ) The second-order wavelet details well reflect the uplift of Tibetan Plateau and the prepa- ration of Wenchuan MsS. 0 earthquake. 3 ) The third-order wavelet details well give information about larger scale tectonic activities, such as uplift and eastward mass flow of Tibetan Plateau, Kunlun earthquake and Wenchuan earthquake. 4)The third-order wavelet approximations well give information about large-scale tectonic activities, such as the collision of India plate with Tibetan Plateau, the subduction of Pacific plate to Eurasian plate and the movement tendency of north China block.
