摘要 针对高速数控车削加工中心结构、性能及其运行状态复杂的特点在加工过程中必须要对加工性能进行实时监控以确保设备和人员的安全,保证产品品质和提高加工效率。在分析高速数控车削加工中心性能指标的基础上,对其性能监控的要求以及各性能指标与所用传感器输出参数的对应关系进行分析,研究了机床动态性能指标包括固有频率、振型和动刚度的测试方法,采用组态软件开发了高速数控车削加工中心性能监控软件。该系统具有良好的可扩充性、可修改性、可移植性和可维护性,操作简便、开发和研制费用相对较低,为同类机床性能测试及监控的研究提供了新的思路,具有一定的实用价值和推广前景。 High-speed numerical control turning center has the mechanical, operating and performance characteristies, so it is very important to monitor its performance in machining process in order to ensure equipment and personal safety and product quality and improve machining efficiency. Firstly, this paper analyzes the performance criteria of the high-speed numerical control turning center, its performance monitoring requirements and the relationship between performance eriteria and output parameters from the sensors, researches on the dynamic performance testing method including inherent frequency, vibration mode, dynamic stiffness of the ma- chine tools and uses the configuration software to develop its performance monitoring software. The system has good expandability, modifiability, portability and maintainability and its operation is convenient, the development cost is relatively lower. It provides new i- deas for the same kind machine tools' perfomance testing and monitoring and has certain practical value and popularizing prospect.
