摘要
目的探讨水胶体敷料对外周静脉留置针引发静脉炎的预防作用。方法将2009年至2011年间我院肝胆外科200例手术后需放置静脉留置针的住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例,观察组采用水胶体敷料固定,并采取人性化关怀;对照组采用普通留置针贴固定,比较两组间静脉炎的发生率差异。结果观察组静脉炎发生率为4%,同期对照组静脉炎发生率为17%,两组间经χ2检验(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论水胶体敷料可有效降低因放置静脉留置针而引起的静脉炎的发生率,不仅可以降低医疗成本,而且可以在很大程度上减轻患者的痛苦,符合对患者有益原则,有利于促进护患和谐,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective ：To investigate the preventive effect of hydrocolloid dressing in phlebitis. Methods：200 Patients in department of hepatobiliary surgery from 2009 to 2011 were divided into observation group and control group randomly, each group consisted 100 patients. We observed the difference between using hydrocolloid dressing and with humanistic care and using common lien needle stick fixed in control group. Results：Phlebitis incidence in observation group was 4%, which in control group was 17%, having significant differences after χ2 test （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Hydrocolloid dressing can effectively reduce the vein needle placed a lien for caused the incidence of phlebitis, not only reduce the medical costs, but also can greatly reduce the pain of patients, which accords with the principle of being beneficial to patients, is helpful for promoting the harmonious relationship between nurse and patient, is also worthy further application and dissemination.
